| Anyone have any info on apartments around suwon that don't require key money? I just got a job with the Suwon Bluewings and need a place ASAP. Thanks for any help |

If you would consider a villa for the short term, try several Bu-dong-sans either around the Suwon Sports Complex (Jang-an-mun) or in Jowon-dong (just south of Hanil-Town). You can find 10-14 pyong villas with a deposit of 1-5 million and rent of 150k-500k won. Larger sizes like 20 pyong ground floor for 7 mil down and 200k/mo.
There are also places with low deposits just south east of Suwon Station (towards Nam-mun) or north if you follow the road along the tracks, go about 1/2 way between Suwon station and Hwaso station and then turn east. Lots in there too for small deposits and/or lower rents.. |

Apartments, basically not without a lot of monthly rent...
Shit pits in basements of villas, yes no problems...
really, a little key money(3 to 5 million won) will go a long way to making here much better to live) |
