Mine used to - doesn't any more (as of about 18 months ago). Do a search on this board. Some people say theirs still work.

I got my card 3 years ago and was told the old cards will work but not the new ones. The lady at KB in Itaewan told me all they have to do is to change a code on the computer for your card. You might drop in and ask her

Just got back today from Phuket and my KB card worked everywhere no problems. My buddy who was down there for a TEFL course hasn't had a problem using his in over a month as well.

Cirrus and Maestro are international ATM signs, so as long as you have those on your card, you don't have any problem using it anywhere in the world.

Wangja... Woori bank wouldn't give me an international ATM card, saying foreigners can't have it?!

I have heard that from some German chums in my office too TZ. I gave 'em a copy of mine to take to the local branch (Incheon Airport), and STILL they said "no foreigners". I got mine from the branch in the Poonglim Building, Kangnam - 200 metres east of exit 1 Gangnam station.
