I can't find a sticky on the subject. I have to go in a few days. What time should I arrive at the consulate/embassy? How do I get there? How long od I have to wiat? How expensive is HK? Thx.

Three business days should be plenty, assuming that everything goes smoothly. Arrive at the embassy early, and make certain that there are no holidays being celebrated on those days...

As for lodging, you could look here. It's not fancy, but it will get the job done.

Hong Kong can certainly be expensive, but one can easily go cheap with regard to food, lodging, and entertainment if need be.
