| My father is a ham radio buff and wants to talk to some in Korea but isn't having any luck so far. Does anybody here know an operator in Korea? |

| I think I read somewhere that it is illegal for anyone to be in the possession of a two way radio capable of broadcasting over X amount of kilometres. Something to do with national security, spies and all that. |
