How should one prepare for an interview with a pharmaceutical company? I'm not too worried because I currently teach at Yuhan-Kimberley and I made a great first impression with the research head manager. But any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Don't ask if you get free samples.

Seriously:

Is this a teaching job or non-teaching job?

Teaching. It's not clear if they want me to teach business or conversational English, but I would have just one class for 90 minutes each day, and I would supposedly have the power to fail people out. I do get the sense that there would definitely be a lot of paperwork, and potentially some tricky office politics as well.

Oh, and they're also looking for a Japanese teacher, if anyone has a friend looking for a job.

I would assume doing the same as you would for any interview. Dress according to the standards of the job, maybe prepare a sample lesson, have a list of questions about the job, ie what do you want? What paperwork? What goals do you have for the student?
