Sir Alex Ferguson is furious after Wayne Rooney attempted a sensational scissor kick on his first day back at England training yesterday. Rooney, 20, faces a scan on 7 June that will determine the Manchester United striker�s World Cup fate. And Ferguson, who has consistently played down Rooney�s chances of taking part in the tournament, is said to be outraged at the player�s over exuberance.
