Koreans love hiking so there are many, high-quality Outdoors outfitters. No idea on price, but I imagine its higher than in North America. |

lots of low quality stuff for really, really, cheap if you want to buy some stuff and leave it here.
packs are about the same price as at MEC
sleeping bags, (high quality ones) are way cheaper
a high quality three man tent, (three korean sized men), is about 200,000 - 300,000 won, a good price I think for the quality
lots of really good korean made equipement at pretty good prices, I already picked up some gear here and am quite pleased with the deals out there... |

Really? we went camping last Thursday/Friday with the Hagwon, and one of my students told me that his "Korean Luxury Tent cost 120,000 won". I was so surprised to hear him say luxury. The other kids all agreed that their "Luxury tents" were much cheaper than those found in Canada. |
