Shocked http://www.concordia-college.net/pages/316951/index.htm

I received this in my hotmail account, and I was curious so I opened it and started reading. Is this for real? Or is this some kind of scam?
Anyone out there ever had any dealings with these guys?

It seems too good to be true, perhaps it is. Confused

How can I check it out without giving them a bunch of my personal information? ( in case it's a scam)

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, scam. See the "fake degree" thread.

Their angle is that they managed to get accreditation in the small African nation of Liberia. Liberia is famous as the flag of convenience for thousands of container ships because of their lax standards. They'll give accreditation to anything.

Are you going to teach in the Caribbean Commonwealth of Dominica or in the Republic of Liberia?

Concordia College & University is a legally registered private degree granting institution in the Commonwealth of Dominica and in the Republic of Liberia.

"...recognized and accredited by the Government of Liberia's Department of Education. The academic recognition from a UNESCO Partner Government's national Ministry of Education is commonly considered the equivalent of the highest U.S. National and Regional Accreditation standard.

Common for people in Liberia?
