It will be interesting to see how the Korean scores vary after the system changes. I would also like to see how the change in Korean scores compares to English students in countries that focus more on practical communication skills.

it says the TEFL webisght was down because of so many complaints. what are they complaining about? obviously there is a problem as so many people are rushing to sign up under the old system, but if the new test has already been delayed, and they were warned quite some time ago, obviously the problem is learning English in Korea, not the test...

i dont understand how they are complaining. that is all...

It's a healthy change which reflects reality-- but it's understandable that people afraid of actually speaking the language they've "learned" would want to cling to what's known.
