... aside from City hall, CGV or stadiums?
Any good pubs or restaurants with big screens? Hard Rock Cafe or TGIF?
Any good promos for drinks and snacks to the wee hours? |

Rest easy. The solution to your quandry is at hand.
Tonight, starting at 9 o'clock the parking lot of KS Mart will be cleared of cars and a big screen TV will be set up. The police have guaranteed that all 15 parking spaces will be kept open. All the good people, all 7,000 in the myon, have been invited to watch and cheer the Korean team on to victory. KS Mart has the biggest refrigerator in town, so there should be plenty of beer and soju.
How to get to the action?
Take Highway 45 South out of Daegu about an hour. When you get to the big Bugok Hawaii sign, the one with the chicks sitting in the bathtub with one of them pointing east over the mountains, you'll know you are here. Turn off the expressway and come on in town. You can't miss KS Mart. It's right on mainstreet.
Festivities get underway at 9 with the big game starting at 10. No need to worry about them rolling up the sidewalks tonight. We don't have any!

I think some hotels have promotions in World cup month eg. buffets and allnighters.
Intercon's tavern has a big screen and a german bread/sausage buffet of sorts.
COEX plaza area has a gathering as well. |

Walk around for a while. You'll find something somewhere. I know it sounds dumb, but places will be packed, and apparently you'll need reservations to get into many bars. |

Scrooge in Itaewon is airing World Cup games with ENGLISH commentary. But yeah, finding a seat for South Korea's games will be tough, thus early birds will get the worm. |

Scrooge is right across 3 Alley Pub in Itaewon. Thing is, the English commentary is a bit hard to hear with all the noise and the commentators might not be from England. |
