THE APARTMENT
Standard sized studio, but very clean with tons of storage space. Two large closets, five cupboards in kitchenette with glass front doors. Standard small bathroom, with vent, large mirror and glass front cabinet.
It is modest in size and price.
At the back it opens into a laundry room. The entire ceiling is smoked privacy glass. Great for storage too. 4 side windows with bars for air flow.
The doors to the laundry room are double-layered. One layer of smoked privacy glass and one clear for more light.
The security system is great: the door is at basement/ground level inside a parking area. You will have a video monitor and speaker to screen people at door. Door is behind an inside glass privacy hallway. You never have to stand in the rain to get in!
I have never had to wait more than 48 hours for the landlords to fix anything

Total of 5 windows and 2 ceiling fans for ventilation.
Very quiet neighbors (EXCEPT SOCCER SEASON)
Very clean and I have NEVER seen a bug. I HATE BUGS.
