11AM: get up. Make coffee. Drink a cup. Blast some music. Putter around my apartment. Do some cleaning. Drink another cup of coffee. Eat breakfast. Have a shower. Have another cup of coffee.
1:25: Go to Family Mart for my daily triangle "Chamchee Kimbap."
1:30: Get to work, clean classroom, horse around with kids, get organized for ther day.
7:50: Go home.
8:10: Go for a run.
9:00: Have a shower. Eat dinner. Watch TV. Unwind.
12:00AM: Read.
2:00AM: Go to sleep.

Yeah, I know, I'm a boring person. But, it works for me. What's your typical daily routine?

2. have a shower, watch an episode of Michael Palin's world trips

3. Eat a breakfast consisting of cream bread toast and rice cereal

4. Drink my ration cup of english tea ( they have none here)

5. Debate to myself over morning or evening ma5turbation

6. Read my emails, which i had only checked about 6 hours previous

7. Get to work, check my emails, stick on a tape, let kids listen, i stand and scratch my arse

8. Come home, watch dvd or buy a drink in a bar

9. Get to bed by around 2am if im tired, to half sleep, half curse the streetlight placed 3 inches from my bedroom window

....But gotta love it, Im just having a ball!

I am surprisingly content with the following routines over the last two months:

Schedule A: Monday to Thursday

5: 45 am wake up at/near dawn (which is a bit earlier this time of year)
6:00 am enjoy a cup of tea at the bedroom window overlooking the farm valley:
6:30 am listen to some classical music (Prokofiev, Brahms, Mendelssohn violin concerto especially in early morn) and stretch!
7:00 am go for a walk, sometimes with a good book or the neighbour's dog
8:30ish have breakfast
9:00 am-12:00 am involves tidying up and reading and journaling and emailing and napping.
noon lunch
1:00 pm start to get ready for work
2:00 pm leave for work
3 pm-8:20 pm teach, with free time gaps to surf Dave's (work related! sort of)
8:45ish arrive home walking from work, then watch one of the too many DVDs I've collected or phone somebody or go online or write a letter and/or listen to jazz, ballads, pop, whatever
10:00 pm-11 pm go to bed

Schedule B: Friday to Sunday

No routine as the days are off, other than: Just get out of this small town before noon Friday, go travelling, and return by dusk on Sunday.

The flu (now again! arghhh) and the World Cup have thrown things a bit wonky, but not much, as I try to get back this routine, as it really seems to work for me: I feel wonderful. If only I had a great companion with kids of my own I'd be in seventh heaven. Patience, patience...
