| What sounds do you workout too?. I'm picking up a new ipod and a gym membership next week so i won't have to face the blaring kpop. I'm into whatever gets the endorphins pumping so let me know what does it for you. |

| System of a Down generally gets my blood pumping. Especially on my walk to school in the morning, but it worked during my six-month stint at the gym too. |

| Yeah there o.k but a little too much screaming for my taste. good in smallish doses. I need to fill up 2 hours of music peoples as thats about how long i plan on hitting the gym for so keep them rolling in thick and fast. |

Alive and Kickin' - Simple Minds
Born to Run - The boss
Running up that Hill -- Kate Bush
I've Got the Power -- ???? Fight the power -- Public Enemy
This just comes to mind quickly -- my absolute fav. is -- Rave unto the Joy Fantastic by Prince. I played this constantly while setting the 24 hour world treadmill record. It works....

I knew a guy who used to listen to Michael Bolton....
I wouldn't recommend it. |

Jump - Van Halen
Won't Back Down - Tom Petty
Beautiful Day - U2
Search For The Hero - M People
They're my warm-up songs for football/soccer matches. Nothing like preparing for a match listening to these. |

Im biased, but I think that when it comes to exercise music there really can be no substitution for the real thing, I'm talking about HOUSE MUSIC maing!!!
Type "The Freemason's" into limewire, and download anything looks like a house remix. |

| I'm never sure with limewire. Is it safe? I use it but only briefly as it doesn't fill me with confidence. |
