I threw together this quiz using photos from three sources. Can you tell North Korea apart from South Korea?
Unfortunately I'm no good at quizzes, so once you go through and make your pick, go to the answer page and choose there.

Hey that was really cool man. Thanks. I got about 50% right. I haven't seen too many pictures from North Korea but I got the distinct impression that it wasn't nearly that developed. The pictures from 1968 were awesome as well.
Nice job on the quiz. |

Thanks. Make sure you visit the two galleries I got them from. They are simply amazing and have more information about the places. |

Yea, some of the pictures were really hard to tell, although there were some that brought out the big contrasts between the two. |

The ones that have huge streets, but no cars are dead give-aways.
Plus, I'm sure part of it was that the pictures of the North are better looking than those of the South. Kind of stupid and misleading to me.

Judging by the pictures, Seoul has a more lived-in feel than Pyongyang. What impressed me most about the North Korean pictures are the ones with actual people in them though. |

I think I got them all right (except for those dam dated ones of the South - no fair!).
I've seen most of those ones ofthe Norht before though... hmmm, where did I see those? You didn't take 'em right? Some of them have even been in the paper if I remember correctly.
(edit: just saw where you got them from - yeah, I had looked at his gallery before) |

This is like that "which Asian" test, but more realistic for someone who's been here a while. |
