| There were a whole bunch of English at Scrooge's for the Saturday night game. I was meant to head down but I chose to watch it over at a friend's place instead with a few others |

| Good suggestion, OP, but the game kicks off at 1am, correct? Meaning a 3am finish, including half-time and stoppages? I'm in public school so - although I'll probably stay up and watch it - I can't really do much because I'm up early. Mind you, it'll be a pretty dull game I suspect. The Sweden-England game looks set to be a formality as well because England will in all likelihood have 6 points and through already. Boring, crap group. |

gutted = very disappointed, upset, annoyed, aggrieved etc
antonym = well chuffed, well pleased
