I'm enjoying some Special K for breakfast and it's so good I think I'll just lay around all day and have a few more bowls.

Just woke up, and I'm looking for Apple Strudel recipes. When I'm good and ready, I'll get up and get those ingredients, and start a-bakin'.

Hubby still sleeping. Letty's just gone down for a nap. I am eating an ice cream.

When they are both up, we will go out to the supermarket and to dinner. Laughing

To vent as to why I had to spend most of this day in hell. See my post for the full story:

You drop the u in English? I always thought it was spelled 'tourtiere' in English.

With or without patatoes? Me, without. Just meat and spices. I haven't made any here in 4 or 5 years (too much work involved in boiling and deboning all that pork, beef, and chicken. Plus, I don't have shortening for the pie crust...and shortening is generally sold in bulk in Korea).

I'm here just taking a short break from grading the finals that I gave earlier this week. Deadline is in a week, but I want to be done this weekend.
