I am leaving my contract early but I have given the notice required by my school. I was wondering if I could still collect pension. Do I need to get a letter of release or will my airline ticket home suffice? |

You can collect your pension contributions as long as your boss was contributing. I'd call and find out. You'll need to show them a one-way ticket out of this hell hole and maybe a social insurance/security number from back home, etc. They'll put it in your account shortly after you get back home. You might need some other information like your social security/insurance number, but you don't need a letter of release. |
