Hello.
I have 5 days off at the end of July and I'd like to get out of Seoul. I'd like to go out to the East coast or somewhere like that so I can be near water and nature and the like. I want to go alone and have a real holiday of not really doing anything or dealing with anyone from here (meaning my small work world, not Seoul or Korea).
Any suggestions? I'd have to take public transport out there and would obviously like budget-minded options. I really don't have any idea what to do.
Thanks |

Try the Seoul - Busan - Fukuoka trip.
I did it last Summer and it was great. The KTX ticket booth at Seoul Station can take care of your train and ferry tickets.
Day 1 - leave Soul in morning and spend day and night in Busan.
Day 2 - next morning take ferry to Fukuoka, Japan.
Day 3- Fukuoka
Day 4 - Fukuoka
Day 5 - take ferry in the morning to Busan, spend day there and then leave for Seoul in the evening.
Japan kicks a$$! |
