I know this has been covered before but any recent experiences? I'm flying United out of San Fran to Korea on a one-way ticket. I will have the E2 visa in my passport. Will I have any problems?

I think you will have no problem.

But to refresh you got your E-2 Visa in the US at the embassy or consulate? if so I think you are fine. I think travelling on a single ticket with a tourist is the problem.
