There's a new spot - like 3 weeks old - called BIN 361 in Hongdae. It's right next to Stomper's and Harlem on that main street across from NB.

The owners are a Korean couple who just got back from a 30 year stint in Vancouver, and they are SERIOUS about proper delicious, presentation-with-the-taste-back-it-up dishes.

Other fantastic things about it include good wines at killer prices (not to mention the prices on the dishes...man!), great design, tasteful music, outdoor seating, and super-friendly owners. The guys name is KC and he will make you feel really at home.

Sample...Shrimp & Spinach Pesto Raviolis, Crabcake, Seared Tuna Fillet with Sun-Dried Tomato and Olive, the list goes on. Pay him a visit...for more specific directions, or whatever, just PM me or email me.

That wouldn't have any relation to the Vancouver tapas and wine bar in Vancouver called Bin 941 and Bin 942. The menu looks very similar. Gordon Martin (owner/chef)has published a cookbook so I guess it would be easy to get a hold of the recipes. I often stop there when I'm passing through Vancouver...excellent place! Is he franchising? I'm quite surprised but it's definately good news.
