I have a card phone from SK. It seems to work okay when people call me from Korea, but when my parents try to call from overseas they get a "this number can't be completed as dialed" message. They are using a long distance phone card in the United States. They have been able to use the card to call other numbers in Korea. It looks like it's just a problem with my number. My number is 010, followed by eight digits. Do you know what's wrong? What should they be doing different so they can reach me? I can receive calls from overseas, can't I?
Thanks. |

After they call the card... they should dial:
82-10-xxxx-xxxx
82-country code
10-phone service provider
xxxx-xxxx - phone number
If they want to dial you direct (there are plans for about $6 per hour from the states to Korea) then dial 011-82-10-xxx-xxxx
