Cremation, with the ashes spread under a prairiefire tree I planted last spring in the cemetary plot my mom gave me at Thanksgiving Shocked one year. On a hill overlooking the Des Moines River valley.

Donate major organs (and the burn the rest so my corpse doesn't end up as a med school prank in the Dean's office).

I want to be cremated and then turned into a diamond.

I'm trying to convince my husband to also be cremated and then we can mix our ashes and turn them into one diamond....chemically bonded together forever!

(He thinks I'm a lunatic and would like to be spread elsewhere)

I'll meet you there, I'm getting spread around Lake Chelan, unless the crazy lady two posts up turns me into a diamond.

Cremation - ashes scattered in sacred river or ocean ...

The mind does not die when the gross body dies; and, because most people - including me - are too attached to our bodies, the subtle body (mind, soul, false ego...) tends to hover around the dead body even when it's no longer where we belong...
