I could not find this on a sticky or post.
The ARC number..is it the same number every time you go back to Korea. I will have a new passport. Will they just look up the old ARC number and use that.? |

Yes.
I have had 2 different passports and 5 visas now and the ARC number has stayed the same. |

No, probably.
I've had 2 different passports and 6 ARC cards. The first series of numbers stay the same because it's your birthday. The second series is the 'real' ID number. Mine has changed, but I haven't noticed it if always changes. It might only change if you change provinces (I've worked in 3.) |
