I'm sorry, I think this question has been asked before.
I did a search and didn't come up with the information I was looking for though.
Is it possible to get a pre-paid credit card (e.g. Visa) from a Korean bank? Maybe from KEB?
So in that way I don't need to apply for a regular Visa card from the bank, but just buy it, put some money on it, and can use it like a regular credit card (including abroad)?

Oh, come on people!! One of you must know the answer to this!
I've been informed that the correct name is "Visa Passport Cash Card".
So is it available in Korea? And if so, any clue as to where I can get it, how long it takes, etc.? |
