What about the important qualities of the KETs?

I have seen this questionnaire at least 8 trillion times in the last 2 years. Every student that could speak passable english gave me one from their brother/sister that was in high school last year. Every English teacher doing paper for their masters or Phd. gave me one. I got numerous ones in my email.

If I find the originator of the freaking "chain" survey I am going to flay them and hang them from the Namsan Tower!

What do you mean by team-teaching? My classes vary considerably, from ones where I'm heavily reliant on translation to ones I teach solo without much difficulty.

If you want my opinion on what's the most valuable thing a Korean teacher who happens to be in the classroom when a foreigner's teaching can do it's knowing when to shut the hell up and let the students think for themselves.
