| I feel good. My body fat % is down and I feel better than I have in 2 years. Mind you I can't wait to get some fresh hair. Seoul's pollution is not very healthy to say the least. Korea is a good place to get into shape though if you are dilligent. |

| Im in ok shape. The best shape Ive ever been in was about 8 months ago when I was running over 70km a week and doing races. A foot injury put me out of commission for about 3 months and I havent had the time since to really put in the mileage I was doing before. Also, I moved, which sucks because the place where I lived was a nice 13km away from my home, about 11.5km of that was along the Han river. So 4 times a week I would run home along the river. Now I live the same distance away but its all crowded streets between my work and my home. That and the fact that my afternoons are busy from monday to friday makes it impossible to run like I did before. Im forced to do it all on a treadmill so I wake up at 6am and go run on a stupid machine which I hate. But it keeps me in ok shape, not as good as before by any stretch of the imagination. And *beep*, to think I was training for a sub 35minute 10K, it really pisses me off that I had that injury. |

Gorgeous photo collection, Jinju
Grats to you all that are in such great shape. One of my main goals in coming back to Korea was to get in shape. I felt like I needed some isolated time to get refreshed and return home transformed. I've been dieting and working out, though the dieting is something I am not very good at and could use some help with. Basically I eat very little variety and have to rely on vitamins and a protein supplement.
I've been in touch with the Korean Weightlifting Federation http://weightlifting.sports.or.kr/weight/index.jsp and I've been using some of their facilities and I can't wait until I have some time to visit their national training center in Seoul. |

I think I need to gain at least 5-10 Kilos, but I've tried and it's been an impossible task.

Close to the best shape of my life.
185cm, 80 Kg
Benching 110 Kg, and my biceps just broke 38cm circumference.
Just gotta keep on the cardio to shave an inch or two off my midsection and flatten it up for swimsuit season. |

Hit the weights hard and up your protein intake. |

Actually, just a typo. Hee hee.
I have a full head of hair and probably will till the day I die. I pretty lucky in some ways. 6 foot tall with all my hair and in reasonable condition.
Can't say the same for Seoul's air though. |
