I was walking home the other night and saw this guy kicking the sh$t out of this dog, I know it is different culture and all that but you just don't hit animals, girls or children.

Before i realised what i was doing i yelled out to the guy what the f$$k do you think you are doing?, his reply was to run at me and try to deck me, long story short he ended up face down in a pain hold screaming at me until these highschool kids came and made him calm down so i could release him.

I have no idea what would have happened if the police had come along at that point or if the kids had not been able to calm him down.

Thinking about it now it has to be one of the more stupid things I have done

Any PERSON that feels the need to attack an animal for whatever reason (well except if the animal is attacking them1) is an absolute ba$tard.

Not a stupid thing. A very sensible thing.I probably would have hit the guy as hard as I could - especially since it looked like he was gonna attack me. I don't know if pepper spray can be bought here, but it might be an essential item for the "What to pack for living in Korea threads" Korea is safe compared to other countries, but there are still a lot of dangerous people walking around. Don't kid yourself.
