|
|
I'm doing a demo class for second year high school. The lesson is about: talking about likes, making requests, and ordering food. The structures are: gerunds and prepostions as/like. It is a speaking lesson and I've devised some role plays. My co-teacher has asked me to insert some games into the lesson. I've drawn a blank. Does anyone know any appropriate games to fit this lesson? I have access to a computer and all the bells and whistles so high tech ideas are ok. Thanks for any help!
Happy teaching. |

If you are teaching polite ways to make requests, you could play Simon Says. Just make it so if you ask politely, they do something. If you ask impolitely, they don't. Good for big or small classes I guess.
If I think of anymore I will add them. |

How about a quick round of piling up requests...
A: I would like some spaghetti.
B: A would like some spaghetti and I would like a pizza.
C: A would like some spaghetti, B would like a pizza and I would like some bulgogi.
etc. |
