has anyone visited namhae? is it easy to get around? accomodation available in summer?

Yes, several times and it is lovely...

Easy to get around if you have a car or motorbike...bus is a little tougher but manageable...

In summer when??? Accomadation is booked solid through in peak season except for the more expensive rooms, book ahead and you should be fine

last month more tenting area was put up near Sangju beach

and yet - if you go midweek you're sure to find a place to sleep, even if you have to go into town

no worries, none that many times i've gone (was even there twice last month), just check in just after noon, as many koreans wait until the last minute and they fill up about dinnertime.
