if you have a citibank account, you probably noticed that NOT A SINGLE ATM (of theirs or any other, say, in a 7-11) accepted your card this past weekend. well, it was actually more like 5 DAYS!!
WTF? the doors to two citibank branch offices i saw were TAPED SHUT and had signs saying something about an "error."
my korean's not great, obviously. anyone know more about this?
(if someone's already posted about this, let me know - i couldn't find it. ) |

| I don't know... but I was wondering what was happenin since my girl has her account with Citibank and we couldn't get money anywhere on Monday... |

It was due to joining with Hanmi Bank, and there were problems until the 18th it seems:
