Paid 40k; selling for 20k. Only a couple of days old. Selling because I own two pairs (long story).
These headphones are unbelievable. Sound better than some headphones costing 5x as much. Detailed highs and incredible bass. If you're into hip-hop and rnb, these are it. You can see more user reviews here.
Only downside is that these are probably the ugliest headphones ever made; even by 80s standards. If all you care about is sound, however, you'll love them.
PM me if interested. |

Ya, I have a pair, and man they do sound gooood! Pretty odd looking, true, but in a cool kind of way--not "ugly".
My only beef is with the headband, which sometimes shifts restlessly on my pate.
I paid about $35 for mine, and so $20 for this pair sounds fair. They are way, way better than anything else at that price.
I would go for it! |

They're PortaPro2s, the successor to the PortaPros. I've got a pair of the originals and the only differences seem to be the all black ear pieces and the missing comfort switch. The lack of comfort switch can be compensated by bending the headband above each of the temple pads.
I rarely get this excited about headphones but I can't help gushing about these. I've spent hundreds of dollars on cans over the years and I can't believe the sound I'm getting out of this $40 pair.
I suppose some people might consider the styling retro cool, but I think 9 out of 10 people will question your sense of style. I'm all about the sound myself, and the way I see it, at least I don't have to worry about anyone stealing them.

I'm also here to say the Portapro's sound great for $40 (I already own them). I'm a bass lover, and to me most other $40 headphones sound absolutely 3rd rate compared to the Portapro's. $40 Sony's are CRAP compared to these. |
