I searched for previous topics on this one, but couldn't find anything.

Anyone tried this store?
As an avid fan of different flavours of food (Korean included), Im struggling to find good woksauces and so on here. Costco, E-Mart, Lotte Dep. etc. all have some, but not a very good selection.
So by doing some browsing today, I came across this one, and wondered if anyone has any experiences at all with them?
They have a very good selection, especially in Asian foods, and the prices seem to be fair, as most items come in big packs. Since my Korean is not that good yet, and my wife is gone this weekend, I wondered if anyone could tell me what the deal is with this store? Are they a wholesaler or what? Do they have a physical store somewhere?
If they are legit, I think I might order some good cooking sauces.
And for you North Americans out there, they seem to have a decent selection of food from that part of the world too, with some maple syrup, Campbells soups, Hersheys chocolate and other products I recognize from the shelves in Canada and the US. |

Most things seem reasonable ...
Until I looked at the maple syrup. Not sure if it is the exact same brand (though the bottle looks similar) but you can buy maple syrup, same 2l, for around 25,000 won at Costco.
I like that they have corned beef, though! |

I don't know about the prices, but the thing I noticed was that they had a sale on dented canned goods. (SOS).
My sister is a food and drug tech. She told me so many times NEVER EVER buy a can that is dented, crap that could get into the can and what it could do, DON'T go for the dented can sale.
Other than that I don't know.
I wish some of these on line markets in Korea could be in English. |

For some reason, these food discussions always seems to end up being about the lack of maple syrup
But what I am after is some proper non-Korean Asian-food, and that seems to be in fairly good supply here, but I would offcourse prefer a physical shop with the same selection. But my guess is they dont excist? |
