Umm, all I know is that it is somewhere near City Hall.

I'll ask my friend she went there last weekend.

Anyone know if I go there alone, they can help me in English get a ticket on the spot? Or even in Konglish since buying a ticket isn't rocket science...

Give it a try. They are related to Octopus Travel and OT has an English website for hotels both in Korea and overseas... so chances are that they will have someone there who can speak pigeon English, at least.

I tried talking to them, but they didn't speak english. They spoke English to you? If so, what number did you use if you don't mind.

Thanks

Bought a ticket from them 2 weeks ago... 2 days later, an English representative called me back. Gave me a cell phone number for direct contact. Just call them up and ask for English help... and say "call back later"... they'll call you back.

As a side note... I had some difficulty paying with a credit card over the phone... if you are Korean, it's no problem... if you are a foreigner, they don't want to let you pay with a credit card. After some haggling, I convinced the guy he could call my bank to verify it since it is from a Korean bank. Otherwise, you can deposit funds directly into their account.

I told them in Korean that I'm a foreigner, I don't speak Korean well, and I need someone to help me that speaks English. I never had a problem dealing with them at all.

Also, I never had an issue with using my credit card. I gave them my #, and got my tickets 1-2 days later.
