Navigating grocery stores has been interesting so far. Don't know what I'm buying much of the time.... so it's a good thing I'm willing to try a lot of new things. However, I'm wondering whether it's possible to buy cereals, yoghurt or soy milk without sugar added. I've had a couple of failed attempts. (I'm in Incheon and my shopping so far has been limited to Carrefour and Home Plus.... but some day I'll venture out to a Costco in Seoul--even though I'll be very limited in what I can take home on the subway.)

Was also wondering whether there is any white vinegar in Korea. I prefer to use non-toxic cleaning products, including vinegar and baking soda.

There should be Kellogg's All-bran, which is sugar free, I think?

Also, Carrefour should sell a brand called *Denmark* plain yoghurt - and that's also sugar free.

Soy milk.. sugar free.. hmmm... no idea... may be you could buy what I buy for Letty (20 months old), which is Toddler soy milk... not very sweet at all.

Let me do a search and get back to you.

Thanks, tzechuk. Will check out the yoghurt.

I have a feeling that I may strike out on the white vinegar. Too bad... I also use it in a great marinade for chicken.

Yes, I seem to remember seeing white vinegar at Carreforre.

Now, I've always had zero luck finding ammonia. An excellent cleaner, I also use it for henna design. I was told to try a pharmacy, but they only carry the pen-type stuff or wipes intended for bug bites. I asked my usual guy to order some for me, but he can't seem to remember to do it. Either that or he doesn't want to admit he can't get it after he told be he would.

BTW, vinegar and salt makes a great copper polish. My mom uses it on her copper clad pans.
