Gone Are Good Days of Low Prices: BOK
Bank of Korea (BOK) Governor Lee Seong-tae said Wednesday that the era of stable prices has gone and inflationary pressure is expected to build up.... "Gone are the good old days of stable prices and from now on we are in difficult situation," Lee said during a breakfast meeting with executives of financial service firms. "...consumer prices may grow at a faster pace than now...." The bank said rising oil prices and the strengthening won against the dollar have negatively affected the country's growth potential.

World economies fluctuate, ya know.
I doubt another 1997 Crash is on the way. Many of us weathered that. And might agree it was a difficult time. (trying to be pc)
Inflation,sure. Inevitable after ROK's rebound.
Just blame Bush for everything. He won't be around forever. |
