Don't know why, but I've had a serious hankering for some frozen yogurt lately. Anyone know how to make it? Can I simply throw a couple cups of Yoplait into the freezer? Somehow I reckon it's not quite so simple.

You have to try Red Mango if you haven't already.

Frozen yoghurt, but way too yummy to be the healthy kind of yoghurt.

Freeze first, then use a blender for the consistency. Not the same, but still so good...and the perfect way to try and stay away from tho delish cheapo icecreams down at the corner dairy.
