New Laptop - which one?

OK, I need to buy a new laptop today.

I don't play games, so don't need super whizz-power and graphics but I do need a huge HD and loads of USB's. Mostly I do loads of doc files, xls stuff, internet and Dave's. I do use VOIP a lot, almost using the machine as my main 'phone.

I don't need enormous battery power - 30 mins would be enough.

I do need XP-pro English and the machine must be light.

Lastly, I do not want to spend a fortune.

Any ideas?
