Has anybody had any problems with travel agents here?
They don't seem to reply to emails.

I would just ignore them back and contact the airlines directly. |

Hear hear.
Don't know where you're going, but I find that with Singapore Airlines you can often get a better deal online through their website than the travel agents can get you with any other airline.
And Singapore Airlines is one of the few airlines I still enjoy flying with. |

Most are useless....they either don't reply or can't reply due to that whole korean email addresses frequently not accepting those from western email sites thing (hub of asia indeed. )
try sue at xanadu...she's reliable and has the ability for lateral thought which can be a rare trait indeed in the ROK. |

Sue at Xanadu is great but unfortunately she is on maternity leave and my emails to her replacement are not speedily replied to. |
