and i'm not talking the kind of swimming to save my a*s from drowning. i'm talkin about putting out laps in an olympic size pool for some serious cardio. running/jumping rope is doing a number on my knees and it's high time i start cross training to save me from some long term unneeded stress. any ideas?
i also got ink on me, and i heard that's gonna be a problem. |

Chamshil green line (cant remember the exit number) look for a high rise labelled "SIGMA TOWER" and go to the lower level, they've got an olympic size pool, not sure about lessons. Wouldn't hurt to ask though. |

You don't need lessons, you need a coach. I think most health club pools here have them. T
hey may have specific hours different from yours,
but I think they'll make a workout schedule for you.
We just talked about tats somewhere.. no worries. |
