Where in Seoul are some good gyms to workout in? Are they expensive/clean/nice to fat Americans (cause you know, all white people are American !)
What about any running trails, such as parks, or some generally safe streets? |

Gyms are fairly easy to find, but they tend to be alot smaller than their North American counterparts. They often have some nice quirky things like complimentary clothing, towels and water, but they are quite price. I have a gym in my building, and I managed to bargain a 6 month membership down to 420 000 won from 500 000. Still expensive, but I like the convenience of having one in my building. (Now they are closed for almost 3 weeks because of sprinkler installation, Im gaining weight by the hour it feels like).
Parks are not easy to find, and Koreans do not use them much for running. They love hiking, but running is not widespread at all.
So from what I have seen, gyms are nice, clean and modern, but cramped and quite expensive. |

Depends on where you live - I am in Bundang, 20 minutes outside of Seoul -- parks all around, used for running 24 hours a day by both Koreans and foreigners. |
