| depends on where you are. Seongnae and jungdong are nice clean and have a lot of ammenties. Others are dirty hell holes. |

| Sang Dong is as good as any other place in Korea IMO. It has everything one needs- Shopping-high/low scale, restaurants-Korean/western/others, parks-lake park/central, building a new subway line~2008 but lots of buses and a short 5 minutes from Line 1 by taxi, and last but probably most importantly-it's clean. Bonus if you drive is that it's just off the expressway 100-circumferential. |

I like it, personally.
I live in the 'dirty hell hole' as it is said, but I don't mind it. The people can be a bit scummy at times, but I know there are people like that in all parts of Korea.
If you live in Sangdong, it's quite nice, but you might end up paying a fair bit to live. |
