Click on the Immigration Branch Office and Jurisdiction "Quick Link" on the right side. A box will pop up. Select the office that you(or your school or whomever) have been dealing with. There are telephone and fax numbers. Don't know if the numbers work though. Also, I would suggest speaking nice and slowly as the English of the person you speak with will most likely be far from perfect.

Seoul Immigration Office
Seoul, Gwachon, Hanam Seongnam, Anyang, Hanam, Gwang myeong #319-2, Shinjeong 6-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul
