|
|
I'm getting ready to mail out the big envelope with all of my visa documents. I read from someone that you should include all of your undergraduate transcripts, so I've got my community college and university transcripts in there to avoid any potential probelms. Now I'm nervous about the seal. My transcipts just have "unofficial if seal is broken" written across the opening. Is this insufficient? Does there need to be a stamp and/or signature across the opening? I would be so pissed if my visa was denied because of this issue, as all of my documents are completely valid.
My university has been useless, so what would you recommend I put across the seal? Just sign an illegible signature?
Thanks. |

There's no need to send your community college transcript... in fact I can foresee potential problems if it is mistaken for your university transcript. The Ks will think you don't have a degree.
My university transcript is exactly the same as yours, i.e. in a sealed envelope with no signature across. Masan Immigration accepted it - no problems. That being said, different Immigration offices are notoriously fickle, and what's acceptable at one is not at another. With Immigration there seems to be no consistancy between offices with regard to interpretation of their policies.
I'd send just your uni. transcript - as it is - don't 'forge' a signature (and keep your fingers crossed). |
