Shouldn't that be 'the US will win a SECOND World Cup'?

I went with option D.

Though Oprah would get my vote if she ran, and if I were American.

Many women may find this statement jinjurious. However, with the possible exception of tennis, I tend to agree.

Since the 2008 US presidential election is going to be Condi vs. Hillary, you'd be a fool to bet on the last option.

I think Condaleeza Rice could almost win, and most certainly win if the Republican party were in a better position than they currently are.

Hilary thinks she has a chance, but she doesn't. It's way, way too easy to paint her as a villain.

But I think a female president in the US is possible in the foreseeable future. I like the idea, but it would be nice to see a feminine female rather than a woman playing tough guy. World politics needs some estrogen, for damn sure. Men been mucking things up for the past few thousand years in an unbelievable way.

What did he say? WARRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let them. Tennis? Maybe. But if golf is any indication, the tennis superstars from the womens tour would get ripped to 6-0 6-0 shreds by a man outside the top 100.

Condoleezza Rice won't run in 2008. But I suspect she will run in 2012 if the GOP loses the White House. John McCain is the Republican's man in 2008. Condie might get the vice President nod though.

Women cannot be allowed Presidential power. It will disturb the entire order of things.

The only thing that would change with a female president would be we'd all have to endure really intense negotiations every 28 days. I'll take a good once-in-a-blue-moon tyrant-toppling over that anyday.

Oh yeah, and missiles might be shaped differently.

Margaret Thatcher became British 'president' in 1979. When modern womens rights were just beginning to be accepted. Surely it could happen in the 21st C in the US.

Point is, a woman will be president of the US whenever a particular kind of woman comes along. Thatcher was a particular kind of woman. Diabolical though.

I don't really think female gender will prevent an unstoppable female candidate from making president.

Okay, thanks for the update. I was actually just talking about possibilities. Couldn't care less who actually runs.
