Maybe Hamilton Hotel in Itaewon will do it.

Did you try going to the bank with a Korean friend who could explain that Scottish bank notes are just as legit as English ones?

I had the same problem a few years back. NO BANK ANYWHERE WOULD CHANGE SCOTTISH NOTES. Evil or Very Mad I didn't have alot, about 20 pounds, k and I ended up changing it with a woman I knew who was travelling to Europe. I suggest you find a UK citizen who's willing to change your notes to pounds.

Yep, you are doomed, unless you happen to have a very good friend who's going to the UK soon who's prepared to take your Tennents coupons off your hands.

Technically speaking, Scottish notes AREN'T legal tender, even in Scotland. So the currency exchanges are correct to refuse them, and I'd be surprised if you found any exceptions to the rule in Korea.
