Hey Busan people:

is the public mass transit efficient and expansive enough that you can get anywhere without a car?

how bad is the pollution/dirtiness in Busan? (less than in Seoul?)

how do you rate the friendliness/approachability of Busan Koreans? (especially if you approach them in Korean rather than English). is it easy enough to get involved in the local culture in addition to the TEFL expat scene?

Overall, why did you choose Busan over Seoul, the Capital of The Universe?

I loved living in Fukuoka, and I'm hoping that Busan will be like the Korean equivalent.

See you in March

Anywhere? Don't know. Probably not anywhere. But probably anywhere you will want to go to.

Less than Seoul, yes. But your results will vary with location.

No idea what you're talking about here. Talk to Koreans? In Korean? Local culture??? Yes, you can sit outside of the Family Mart and get smashed on soju with some old Korean guys if you want I guess.

Seoul sucks arse. Big and dirty. No beaches.

I loved living in Fukuoka, and I'm hoping that Busan will be like the Korean equivalent.

HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!! Thanks for the laugh.

See you in March

Not if I see you first! hehehe...

Yes, pretty much but if you live on the subway it is better

Less than Seoul but some days are still really bad

People in Busan are pretty much the same as people in Seoul, it is a big city of 5 million. It is easy to access any scene with if you show some interest

To be honest, i lived in japan before i lived in Korea and i asked the recruiter to put me as close to japan as possible....

No, it isn't the japanese equivalent....Busan is a shit pit, but an interesting one. I would think it is more like japans' Yokohama
