| I am currently employed with a private academy in Korea, but my employer and I are mutually ending my contract and I'm moving on. I have an E-2 visa now, but how will this work for my new academy? Will I need to submit sealed transcripts again? Would I be able to use the transcripts I submitted to gain my current position? I sent my transcripts to my recruiter. Would she have these or does Immigration have them? |

If there is time remaining your your current E2 you can find a new employer with a release from your old employe and transfer of your E2 from the old place of employment to the new one.
If you need a new E2 then you need to re-submit all your documents again including sealed transcripts, diploma, scans of your passport and resume. |

| That's right. It's also worth noting that it's always a good idea to have extras of your sealed transcripts and diploma on hand. |
