Do I need to get a prescription from a doctor for malaria pills in Korea or can I just get them from a druggist over the counter? |

Unless I am mistaken, there are different pills for different regions (different malarial strains).
Talk to a doctor. |

malaria pills need to be taken two weeks before travelling to the tropics in order for them to be effective.
I went to a public health clinic. Saw a doctor and got the malaria prescription. 6 weeks of pills for a 10 day trip...looking forward to the messed up dreams. Also saw another doctor and got some shots. Total price...7,500 won. |
