|
|
It should be future source of embarrassment to both the Korean people and their government in the future when they stop and consider that they set up an E2 visa program in their Country to help attract graduates from English speaking Countries to help their children and at the same time provided absolutely no form of support to these guests at all.
At one stage a year or so ago, I actually visited the Immigration Department in MokDong (Koreans Central immigration office) and located the "Foreigners Counseling Service" set up to help foreigners who had had money stolen by shifty Korean employers. There was a sign on the wall in English outlining all the procedures the department could take to solve problems arising from cancelled contracts, visas and stolen money. Remedies included: help in claiming lost wages, reversal of fines for overstaying visas as a result of wrongly cancelled visas etc.....
I remember walking into the office to speak to the guy in charge and he couldnt even speak English...
The counseling consisted of me asking him questions and him responding with "molayo....molayo" until he lost his patience and demanded I leave the office.
In the future, Koreans can look back and say "God we were pricks".
Sadly, most of these real issues were left out of the recent SBS documentary.... |

A couple of polite sentences in Koeran might have established that the English speaking assistant was on a break, or that they were busy in the back somewhere. Maybe you were very rude and they didn't want to deal with you until you calmed down. Maybe you needed mummy to hold your hand as was the case when you thought you had been "stung" by M and M recruiting. Call mummy;she will help you. |

Given the way you reacted to help proffered in the past I will be surprised if anyone comes in constructively on this thread. |

It doesn't shock me in the least that you have raked up an incident that took place over a year ago, and tried to attach in to the SBS issue in attempt to claw back all the credibilty you lost over your M and M recruiting efforts. Bad news; only cool guys can discuss the SBS issue. Guys who need to hold their mother's hands can't join the club. On a related issue, if I started a poll about this immigration issue which apportioned probable blame how do you think it would shape up? (bearing in mind the infamous M and M threads)
Immigration's error - ?
Textin was rude so they ignored him - ?
Textin was unable to function without the assistance of his mummy - ?
I reckon that if the majority of this board had the M and M recruiting threads to look at prior to a vote the last option might hit the 80% mark. |

"Even though Korea has achieved some degree of globalization in going abroad, it has still a long way to go for globalization in embracing foreigners inward," said foreigners residing in Korea.
Some municipalities also have opened their own reporting centers and are operating. However, the centers are not functioning properly because problems are hardly solved, and reporting centers in local areas lack publicity. An official in the International Cooperation Division of Seoul City admitted, "The same complaints regarding visas, transportation, education, and environment are raised every year without being solved, due to the lack of cooperation from government agencies involved and their passive attitudes."

actually, you are the only one we take shots at, textin.
look around. you're such an easy mark.
you've proven to be a hypersensitive little twit with two failed contracts (that we know of), two accounts of theft, one slutty girlfriend and a knack for snap judgements towards people who take issue with your skewed sense of reality.
it's a strange world, eh tex? everyone else is the problem in your life, right?
i still can't understand why you wrenched your scheming mind for 6 months to (allegedly) get 400grand that you don't deserve...and you refuse a cool, easy million from me.
please explain...
all it would take is a few minutes of your time to prove you got the 'settlement', and i throw you 1million won alongside the admission of how 'wet' i really am.
but no, i guess you'd rather maintain your juvenile persona by throwing insults at us and then cry when they come back to you. |

| I've been avoiding reading threads by this op as I hadn't seen a worthwhile one yet; after a few months I decided to give this one a look, but no...maybe a few more months. |

Real Reality, I congratulate you on a good reply.
In a sea of helpless fools, you have proven yourself able to make a sound post in reply, proving you actually thought about the issue before presuming it was some sort of insult to you personally.
Why are so many of the guys posting here so paranoid? Are their apartments too small? Are they not making any plans for their future and feel permanently threatened as a result?
I want to raise the hypothesis that all posters here that attack other posts without even bothering to discuss the issue are either lost alcoholics or immensely insecure homophobic youngsters. . .
BTW: M and M recruitment are/were dishonest. It seems they have changed their name now, so I guess that is proof of some sort of success. |

No. Not even close. We are just so jealous of your superb looking woman, and those cruises in the BMW.

I discussed the possiblity that the immigration fiasco could be the result of your ineptitude. Prima facie it's a hard call, but after a closer inspection of your earlier posts it seems accurate. Lets look at the facts.
- You have bombarded this board with posts and shunned many posters who were decent enough to give you great advice.
- You have two failed contracts to your name.
- You have engaged in legal action which resulted in failure.
- You lied about that failure in order to save face.
- You refused to admit that lie.
- You even worked into that thread some great tales about owning several businesses and having regular sexual encounters with a woman who owned a BMW.
- You carried out a hate campaign against a girl who dumped you on this very site. This campaign included the disclosure of her personal details including a photo, e-mail address, and most shockingly; her phone number.
- The aforementioned action would constitute a crime in the UK, if not all other Western countries.
- Your posts on here are consistently negative.
- You post on a discussion forum and believe that people shouldn't reply to your posts. (they shouldn't really, but not for the reasons you gave)
- You are a *beep* up.

And still you refer to the issue that brought you most ridicule.

Don't send him somewhere else. There's a little more mileage to be extracted from him yet. |
