"Living with the Himalayan Masters" Swami Rama. Poor condition, but a great read; this guy wandered all over the Himalayas until his 50s living with various spiritual masters. 5000 Won

"The Way of the Wizard" Deepak Chopra. good condition 5000 won

"Autobiography of a Yogi" Paramhansa Yogananda. Again, this is a really exciting read, with loads of incredible stories. He talks about meeting Mahatma Gandhi, Babaji and Rabindranath Tagore. Yoganada introduced the west to kriya yoga. Good condition. 10 000 won

"The spirtual teachings of the Tao" Mark Forstater. Basically an introduction to Taoist philosophy. Forstater selects and reinterprets the fables and stories of Chuang Tzu. 10 000 Won

I'm interested in the top three listed yoga books. But especially the worn autobio about the guy travelling the Himmalyas and meeting yoga masters until he was in his fifties. I'm kind of penniless until payday on the 12th. If that particular book is still kicking around with you by then let me know and I'll send you the five thousand, definately.

Living with the himalayan masters is quite a classic. There is a problem with the spine on my copy so the pages have come loose ~~ its still in readable condition though & the list price is $18.95. I bought it in the UK for about 20 quid, i think.

Reading it will make you want to go to the Himalayas ~~ anyway it did me ~~ i went last summer, dreaming about yogis livin' down unknown valleys in mountain caves.

The other two books are practical guides by Swami Rama to breathing and yoga techniques. He talks about Dhyana, Pranayama, the Bandhas, Diet, Kundalini and many different aspects of meditation.
